1. Who we are
SetAll (“SetAll”, “we”, “us”) operates the website setallglobal.com and helps founders register companies, open business banking and stay compliant across borders. You can reach us via WhatsApp at +852 6048 8102.
2. What information we collect
This website is primarily informational. We do not run accounts, logins or payments on the site, and enquiries are made through WhatsApp (an external service).
- Information you send us — if you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, message and business details) in order to respond.
- Analytics data (only with your consent) — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage information such as pages viewed, time on page, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location (country/region) and how you arrived at the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics are loaded only after you click “Accept”. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Consent preference (essential) — your accept/decline choice is stored locally in your browser so we don’t ask again. This is not used for tracking.
- Analytics (optional, consent-based) — set by Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4, described below.

5. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time using “Manage cookie preferences” above. Responding to enquiries you send us is based on our legitimate interest in answering your request.
6. International data transfers
Our analytics providers (Microsoft, Google) and hosting provider (Netlify) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. These providers rely on recognised safeguards for such transfers.
7. Data retention
Analytics data is retained by the respective providers according to their own retention settings and policies. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via WhatsApp. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Third-party links
Our site links to external services (for example WhatsApp / Meta). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
10. Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
